A mother has took an unconventional approach to punish her son by forcing him to wear a tutu and women’s underpants before then making him parade through a WalMart store.
She had also written the word ‘bad’ on his forehead – and claimed that the punishment was for making homophobic remarks and other bad behaviour.
Police were the called to the Walmart store in Dave Lyle Boulevard in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and social workers are now investigating.
Officers said the boy’s head was shaved “in an unusual manner, bald on top with a patch of wig on the front of his head”.
The mother told cops in Rock Hill, South Carolina, she was punishing her son for fighting and making homophobic remarks in school.
She added corporal punishment had been ineffective so she was attempting to embarrass her son as punishment.
Officer told her it wasn’t an appropriate form of punishment and she has now been reported to social services.
