A man who apparently was double-parked at a store buying fried chicken before he was pulled over in the parking lot of an apartment complex in New York City was dragged out of his car by NYPD cops who beat him for several minutes.
The video was uploaded Tuesday night to Facebook by Stephanie Genaro. The cops were from the department’s 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
