NEW YORK — On Tuesday, New York State Police at Dover Plains arrested Webutuck High School teacher Craig Trachtenberg, of Hyde Park, NY for two counts of Forcible Touching and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The arrest stems from two complaints filed by students of Webutuck Central School.
Trachtenberg was arraigned before the Town of Northeast court and was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash / $5,000 bond.
Trachtenberg has been a teacher for almost three decades, according to local media.
