NEW YORK CITY — Police officers recovered cocaine and heroin after stopping a vehicle for a traffic infraction earlier this month.
Anti-Crime officers from Brooklyn’s 61 Precinct observed a black 2015 Honda Accord blocking a driveway near the corner of East 15 Street and Avenue V when they approached the car to speak to the driver.
As they got to the vehicle, the officers noticed a number of glassine envelopes with what appeared to be narcotics inside.
The the 18-year-old suspect was subsequently arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance and 112 envelopes of heroin and 66 envelopes of cocaine were recovered. -NYPD
