Unidentified Suspect Assaults Woman, Spits In Her Face During Angry Tirade on NYC Subway
NEW YORK — The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a man who assaulted a female on a NYC Subway.
On Monday, February 8, 2016 at approximately 8:38AM, the individual was traveling onboard a northbound “1” train and began yelling at other passengers. The individual proceeded to kick the 36 year-old female victim in the right leg and spit in her face as he was exiting the train at the 23 Street and 7 Avenue subway station.
The individual is described by the NYPD as follows: Male, black, 40 to 50 years-old, approximately 5’9″ to 5’10”, brown eyes, bald.
