The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the suspect wanted for an assault within the confines of the 40 Precinct. Details are as follows:
On Friday, April 14, 2017, at approximately 10:35 p.m., a plainclothes officer was in the vicinity of Willis Avenue and East 137 Street suffered a severe laceration to his right bicep and brachial artery during the course of a foot pursuit. The officer was removed to Lincoln Hospital where he is currently in stable condition.
