LOS ANGELES — A Lancaster man and woman were sentenced today for charges related to the disappearance of an 18-month-old girl who was found by police alone in a shed.

Brandon Michael Wynn, 34, was sentenced to 26 years in state prison and Regina Renee Estorga, 45, received a six-year prison sentence.

Deputy District Attorney Dennis Vincent said Wynn entered no contest pleas on Jan. 6 to two felony counts each of human trafficking and pimping and one count each of first-degree residential robbery, assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon, bleach, and attempted murder.

Estorga pleaded no contest on the same day to one count each of kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon, bleach.

On July 16, 2015, Wynn broke into the home of one of his human trafficking victims and assaulted her, the prosecutor said. Two days later, Wynn and Estorga kidnapped the same victim and took her to a remote area in the desert where she was beaten and doused with bleach before being abandoned naked and tied up, the prosecutor added.

When Wynn became aware that an Amber Alert had been issued for the victim’s 18-month-old daughter, he took the toddler to a shed in Palmdale and left her there, the prosecutor said.
