RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA — Police in Richmond were responding to a shots fired call at the Hilltop shopping mall on Thursday.
Initial reports suggest two groups were involved in a shootout following an argument in the parking lot. Police have closed roads in the area, including freeway ramps.
There were no reports of injuries and no suspects have been detained. The scene is at 2200 Hilltop Mall Road.
