NASHVILLE — Sunday’s double fatal shooting at 3115-A Cliff Drive has the appearance of murder-suicide. The victims are identified as Virgil Taylor, 50, and his longtime girlfriend, Latasha Booker, 43, who both lived at the residence.
A relative of Taylor, who knew that the couple had argued earlier today, went to the home just after 6 p.m. and found both victims in the living room area with gunshot wounds to their heads. Taylor died at the scene. Booker was pronounced dead on arrival at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A pistol was found close to Taylor.
North Precinct detectives are continuing this investigation.
