NEW YORK — State Police in Brunswick arrested 39 year old Milo E. Tudor of Sandgate Vermont for Illegal Hunting/Taking Game, Hunting While Intoxicated, Hunting without a NYS Hunting License and Driving While Intoxicated late Saturday night.

Troopers and ENCON officers responded to a call for illegal hunting on Rifenburg Road in Pittstown.

They found Tudor in his pick-up truck stuck in a field.

Tudor was issued Appearance Tickets for the ENCON violations and traffic tickets for the DWI offense. He was released to a third party.

He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pittstown Court at a later date.
