Eugene, Oregon — Eugene Police Officers were dispatched to a shots fired call at 90 Commons Drive Apt #130 around 0032 hours. On arrival, one subject, identified as Justin Gardner 8/26/98 was pronounced deceased.
The Eugene Police Department is seeking information on the following persons of interest identified during the course of this investigation.
