GROVEPORT, Ohio — A rehabilitated Bald Eagle was released Thursday at the Three Creeks Metro Park, and exemplified the word “freedom” when it flew away after being released from its crate.

The eagle was originally found injured in Pickaway County in June and was rehabilitated by the Ohio Division of Wildlife and the Glen Hale Raptor Center, NBC4i reported.
