A report obtained by the AP says Kurt Busch smashed his Ex-girlfriend’s head into the wall of his motor-home while at a NASCAR circuit in Dover during the Sept. 26-28 weekend. Patricia Driscoll has filed court documents requesting Busch stay away from her and her son Houston. Busch was allegedly upset after a bad qualifying race.
“He was verbally abusive to her and said he wished he had a gun so that he could kill himself,” the documents say. He also accused her of “having spies everywhere and having a camera on the bus to watch him.”
He grabbed her by the face and smashed her head into the wall three times, the report says.
A hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 2.
