NORTH CAROLINA — A former teacher at Rocky Mount Preparatory School in Rocky Mount, North Carolina has been charged with three counts of sexual activity with a student, along with one count of indecent liberties with a minor.
Police say Erin McAuliffe, 25, had sex with two 17-year-old male students and a 16-year-old male student. A tip from school staff prompted the investigation.
The school has since fired McAuliffe. “We have been fully cooperative with local law enforcement during the course of their handling of this matter,” the school said in a statement.
