CHICAGO — A dog-walker was caught on camera kicking a dog inside an elevator. The incident reportedly happened on Tuesday.
The man is an employee at ‘Alone at Home Pet Care.’ The video shows the man step on and then kick the small beagle.
According to the Chicago Tribune, police were notified of the video but as of Thursday but no charges have been filed as the dog’s owner has not file a police report.
