Police in California have released shocking bodycam footage which shows Dylan Noble being shot dead by police officers in June.
Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said that the film shows Noble ignoring at least 30 instructions to show his hands and not to walk forward.
Stuart Chandler, the attorney representing the Noble’s family, said the footage makes him more certain that the death was a result of excessive force.
In the video footage police can be seen pulling Noble over while he drives his truck after reports that he had rifle.
As police advance towards the vehicle, Noble climbs out of the vehicle but is told; ‘I didn’t tell you to get out.’
Officers repeatedly tell Noble to lay on the ground; ‘If you walk forward you’re going to get shot, man.’
