Two people have been killed following a shooting that broke out at a Canadian music festival afterparty that was hosted by rapper Drake, this marks the second consecutive year that gunfire has plagued the annual party.
At least three more people were wounded as a result of the shooting inside and near Toronto’s Muzik nightclub early Tuesday.
The club was full of people attending a part after the OVO fest, a music festival that is run every year by Canadian born rapper Drake, he also hosted the Muzik nightclub afterparty, but it’s not certain if he was inside the club during the shooting.
Police have not released any names of the victims, but said a man and a woman were killed.
Three more people have been taken to a local hospital, but police said there potentially could be more wounded.
