Two people have sustained injuries by gunfire on Monday at a supermarket in Port-Marly, in Yvelines, west of Paris.
They were rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.
According to Le Parisien , gunfire broke out at around 11:45.
A man approached the supermarket and opened fire on a cashier and a man aged 73 years old.
He then fled and has retreated to his home, the newspaper also states that a gun was found in his car.
Another police source told AFP that the suspect is a regular customer of the supermarket
