FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA — Police responded to Quander Road School, located at 6400 Quander Road in Alexandria, on Wednesday, January 13, around 12:15 p.m. for a report of an adult Student Bus Aide possibly having inappropriate relations with a student. A 16-year-old student reported to school administration that the aide, an acquaintance, had allegedly sent her at least two inappropriate photos of himself in November and December 2015.
Detectives of the Major Crimes Division Child Exploitation Unit assumed the investigation which resulted in charging Morrice D. Stephenson, 24, of 7103 Davis Street in Alexandria, with two felony counts of solicitation of a minor using a communication device. Stephenson was arrested today and held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
