Jaquinn Bell, a resident of Orange, was arrested Sunday outside a Motel 6 in Stanton, Santa Ana. He was driving on a suspended license.
He was convicted of hit-and-run driving and driving under the influence in August.
Two of the victims were twins,Lexi Perez Huerta and Lexandra Perez Huerta. The third victim ID’d as Andrea Gonzalez.
Three teenage girls trick-or-treating in costume were hit and killed in a Halloween hit-and-run collision while walking at a Southern California intersection Friday night, authorities said. It happened near a school crosswalk around 6:45 pm. The girls ages ranged between 13 and 15 years
