CALIFORNIA — Murder suspect Anthony Kirincic was taken into custody after a standoff with police Monday evening. Kirincic is accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death on Saturday.
Police said the suspect was spotted in the area on Monday afternoon. The events that lead up to the suspect to barricade himself inside the house are not yet clear.
SWAT was eventually called to the area. Witnesses described hearing multiple flash bangs before the suspect eventually surrendered peacefully.
