FLORIDA — Seminole County Sheriff’s Investigators yesterday charged a Seminole County teacher with lewd and lascivious acts on a minor between 12-16 years of age, while she was employed at a local high school.
The investigation started earlier this month when the victim disclosed she and 30-year-old Jaclyn Truman were involved in a sexual relationship last year and had sexual contact multiple times at school. The 15-year-old girl told investigators she had sex with the teacher ‘five to 10 times’ during their two-month relationship, WKMG reported.
Investigators conducted a recorded interview with Truman who is cooperating with the investigation. Based on that interview and the victim’s statement, Truman was booked in to the John E. Polk Correctional facility on two counts of lewd acts on a minor. Bond is set at $40,000.
