Details have emerged about the murder of the 8 year old Madyson Middleton, describing how her suspected killer strangled, duct taped, stabbed and raped the child before throwing her body in the trash, she was reported missing on Sunday night and was found dead in a recycling bin.
The suspected killer has been named as Adrian Jerry Gonzales, 15, who resides in Santa Cruz, has been charged as an adult regarding the child’s death.
Madyson was last seen alive on surveillance cameras, she can be seen riding her white scooter at the courtyard, where the children frequently play.
