TEXAS — The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Richard Boria Perez, a Latin male who is 31 years old. Richard Perez is a suspect in multiple sexual assault offenses.
Richard Perez targets single women by presenting himself as a massage therapist or massage therapist in training. He offers to provide free massage services as a ruse to sexually assault women.
Richard Perez is described as 5’10 and weighs 160 pounds. Offenses occurred in the 5700 block of Preston Oaks Road documented on case numbers 152107-2015 and 132183-2015. The suspect’s current location is unknown at this time.
