Two Okla. Teens Charged With Murder, Third Young Suspect Still on the Loose

NORMAN, OKLAHOMA — On February 4, 2016, the Norman Police Department arrested a 17-year-old male and 19-year-old Anthony Mundell in connection to the murder of 41-year-old Kenneth Keeling. Both were charged with one count of murder in the 1st degree.

On December 14, 2015, police found Keeling lying on the ground inside his residence at the Summerfield Village Apartments, 920 E. Lindsey, suffering from a gunshot wound. Keeling was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. Further investigation into the incident revealed that Keeling was a bystander who was fatally shot while the shooter attempted to fire shots toward another group of people.

An arrest warrant is still outstanding for a third suspect, 18-year-old Tevin Kyreece Martin-Hicks.
