PITTSBURGH — PITTSBURGH, PA – The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Missing Persons Unit is looking for 13-year-old Victoria Harris who is believed to have run away.
The bi-racial female was last seen June 27 at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the area of Estella Street in Beltzhoover. She is approximately 5’6” and weighs 100 pounds.
She currently has her hair dyed brown. She is known to frequent the neighborhoods of Northside, Allentown and Mt. Oliver.
