Cleveland, OH – Police deployed pepper spray on protesters who rallied after a teenager was reportedly arrested on Sunday. Demonstrators gathered at East 24th Street and Euclid Avenue just after 5 p.m.
Cops used pepper spray to disperse demonstrators who were blocking the street.
Police said Monday they are investigating the video.
