50 Cent stopped an ‘aggressive’ fan with a punch to the chest.
The rapper was performing at Baltimore Soundstage when he tried to shake the hand of a fan in the crowd.
The fan grabbed his arm, causing the singer to fall forward as she pulled him.
50 Cent then ‘threw a punch’ to get himself free from her hold.
He then told one of his crew members to bring her onstage.
She was then seen twerking while the rapper carried on with his performance.
