DAYTON, Ohio — A Michigan man was puled over in Ohio. The man claims the Officer trailed him for some time before the cop made the stop.
In the video, the Officer initially states he pulled the man over because of a failure to signal… The cop later admits he initiated the pursuit because the man made “direct eye contact.”
