SEATTLE — Around 4pm Sunday, SPD received reports of a man wearing a swastika armband instigating fights at 3rd Avenue and Pine Street.
Police were on scene within five minutes and found him on the ground. The man acknowledged he had been struck, but declined to discuss the incident with police.
He left after removing his armband.
No witnesses contacted officers at the scene to make a report about the incident.
