MISSISSIPPI — (Scroll down for video) — A huge sinkhole swallowed up over dozen cars in an IHOP parking lot in Mississippi on Saturday, according to local media.
Around 7:00 P.M., the patrons felt what they thought was an earthquake, CBS reported, prompting them to run out and find a massive expanse that took in a section of the parking lot.
Officials say the incident was an “underground storm drain collapse.”
No one was hurt. Police said at least 14 vehicles were taken by the cave-in.
