Woman Accused of Shooting at Boyfriend & His Ex

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado — 07/27/2015 at about 11:15PM Police Officers were dispatched to a robbery/shooting in the 1000 block of Branding Iron Dr. with 1 person possibly shot.

Upon arrival it was discovered that the suspect, Holly Garvin, had communicated with her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend and had her come to Garvin’s house.

When she arrived a disturbance occurred and Ms. Garvin pointed a handgun towards the boyfriend, ex-girlfriend and another female and fired 2 bullets.

There were no injuries as a result of the rounds being fired. Ms. Gavin was taken into custody and transported to CJC for Menacing and other lesser charges.
