Town of Lockport, NY – July 26, 2015 — Mary A. Maziarz, 21, of North Tonawanda, NY was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3rd after she refused to leave her friend’s apartment after a party.
When Troopers arrived to escort Maziarz, who was intoxicated off the property, she became belligerent. She was transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Maziarz was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court on July 30, 2015. -NYSP
