WATCH: (Scroll Down For Video) A woman who was pulled over for travelling over the spped limit has posted a recording with an Indiana State Trooper, who she says accused her multiple times of her being a meth addict and was discriminated against because of the colour of her teeth.

Stephanie Foltz was pulled over by state Trooper Thomas Manning on September 28, as she was driving home from work on Indiana 25.

As soon as she rolled down the window to speak with the officer, Foltz says he started hitting her with question after question about her ‘drug use’.

While Foltz is still considering whether to officially file a complaint against Manning, she say she believes she at least deserves an apology form the officer.

She recounted the shaming incident in an interview with WLFI, saying:  ‘As soon as I turned my head and started talking to him, that’s when he started asking me about prior drug use and if I had any prior drug charges on me.’

In the wake of the controversy the ISP issued a statement saying that the officer acted within the law, and that there would be no punishment.

‘Good police work involves making observations and asking questions based on those observations,’ Lt Tom McKee said in a statement. ‘We encourage our officers to look beyond the traffic ticket for signs of criminal activity. This did not rise to the level of a rule violation, or a violation of law. A discussion has occurred with the Trooper on how to be more tactful when conducting a traffic investigation. We now consider the matter to be closed.’
