Mother Shoots Man During Argument Over Car, Man Expected To Survive
EL PASO, TEXAS — El Paso Police have arrested a woman for shooting her baby’s father after an argument ensued between the two of them. Crimes Against Person’s Detectives responded to assist Northeast Patrol on an investigation that resulted from a shooting that occurred on February 9, 2016 at around 10:00pm.
The call originated in the 10300 block of Grouse. Investigators have learned that the victim, 32 year old Jeffrey Fisk, was involved in an argument with his baby’s mother, 29 year old Patricia Mckee, that centered on a vehicle. Fisk was seated inside of the vehicle when he observed Mckee walk into a Recreational Vehicle and when she returned she was armed with a pistol. Fisk got out of the vehicle, at which time, Mckee fired the pistol and struck Fisk in the torso.
Fisk was transported to an area hospital and his injuries are not believed to life threatening at this time. Mckee was placed under arrest and has been booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a single charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Family Violence. Her bond was set at: $75,000.00
