PHILADELPHIA — An employee of the Krewsin Klean Car Wash in Northeast Philadelphia was killed in a freak accident Monday.
From WPVI: “Police tell Action News a 22-year-old employee was wiping the rear windows of a vehicle when he was accidentally struck by gray Dodge Durango SUV.
He was then struck a second time by a red 2004 Honda Accord sedan that was exiting the car wash.”
No charges have been filed.
An investigation is underway.
