LONDON — Officers from the Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Command arrested a 19-year-old man Wednesday for the offence of ‘preparation of terrorist acts,’ officials said.
The arrest took place in the street in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.
Officers are also carrying out a search at an address in Bishop’s Stortford. Police offered little details.
This arrest is connected to the arrest of an 18-year-old man on Friday and the arrest of a 20-year-old woman on Wednesday in south London for terror offences.
All three remain in custody at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
