Owego, NEW YORK — On May 24, 2019 at 5:56 p.m., New York State Police were dispatched to an unresponsive woman at a home on Valley View Drive in the town of Owego.
Police say it appears the woman fell down a flight of stairs in her home. She is identified as Rossilene F. Thomas, age 55. Lifesaving measures were performed and were unsuccessful.
An autopsy was performed at Lourdes Memorial Hospital that revealed Thomas suffered injuries that are consistent with a fall down stairs.
Rossilene was married to Scott Thomas. She is survived by her daughter.
