HOUSTON, TX — On January 16, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 9300 block of Spring Cypress Road in reference to an aggravated robbery. Upon deputies arriving, the complainants identified as Reed Henry and Jeremy Galladora, advised that they had been robbed and assaulted after they agreed to meet and sale an item that they listed online.

During the investigation, it was determined that the report was false and they were actually at the location to sell marijuana to a group of unknown males who later robbed and assaulted them.

“Reed Henry was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with False Report to a Peace Officer. His bond is set at $500.00 out of County Court 8. Jeremy Galladora was also charged with False Report to a Peace Officer, and a warrant has been filed for his arrest.”-Constable Mark Herman
