ARRESTED: NYPD Nabs Serial Perv Who Touched Multiple Women On Queens Streets

The NYPD has arrested a man wanted for touching multiple woman on the streets of Queens last week.

Stephen J. Delvalle Pena (21) of 76-30 Park Lane South, Queens, NY, was arrested and charged with 10 counts of forcible touching.

Some of the incidents he was charged with:

Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 8:15AM, a 30-year-old female was walking at the intersection of 55th Avenue and 99th Street when an unknown male individual approached from behind and grabbed the victim’s breast and fled on foot northbound on 99th Street. The victim was uninjured during this incident.

Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 8:16AM, hours, a 57-year-old female was walking at the intersection of 55th Avenue and 99th Street when an unknown male individual approached from behind and grabbed the victim’s buttocks and fled on foot northbound on 99th Street. The victim was uninjured during this incident.

Incident #3: It was reported to police that on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 8:17AM, a 17-year-old female was walking at the intersection of 55th Avenue and 99th Street when an unknown male individual approached from behind and grabbed the victim’s buttocks and fled on foot northbound on 99th Street. The victim was uninjured during this incident.

Incident #4: It was reported to police that on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 8:18AM, a 30-year-old female was walking at the intersection of 55th Avenue and 99th Street when an unknown male individual approached from behind and grabbed the victim’s buttocks and fled on foot northbound on 99th Street. The victim was uninjured during this incident.

Incident #5: It was reported to police that on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 8:19AM, 29-year-old female was walking at the intersection of 55th Avenue and 99th Street when an unknown male individual approached from behind and grabbed the victim’s buttocks and fled on foot northbound on 99th Street. The victim was uninjured during this incident.
