TENNESSEE — The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a fugitive. According to Sheriff Edward Tester, his officers are searching for Darrell Edward Dugger.
Dugger is wanted for 5 Counts Aggravated Sexual Battery on a minor.
According to information, Dugger has a Johnson County address, however it is believed that he could have ties to Virginia.
