The explosive was hidden behind a wall as the vehicle was passing by, according to the Egyptian Ministry of the Interior, adding that two Egyptians, including the bus driver, number among the injured.
The bomb went off round 6:15 p.m. local time on Maryoutiya Street in the Haram district of Giza, the ministry said.
