Boy Who Was Abducted On Way To School Escaped Using ‘Moves He Learnt From Gangster Films’

A 13-year-old boy has claimed he managed to escape from his abductor by using skills he learnt from gangster films.

He managed to stay calm and escape, leading to his own rescue. His kidnapper has now been apprehended and charged with the kidnapping.

According to reports, the kidnapping took place early on September 24 but details of the incident has only recently surfaced.

The boy, named as Xiaoyi (not his real name), says he was on his way to school when a man grabbed him from behind and pulled him onto a minibus.

During this time, the kidnapper contacted the boy’s parents and demanded 130,000 Yuan (£13,000) in ransom.

Meanwhile, Xiaoyi stayed calm and managed to free himself. He tried to escape but the kidnapper was nearby and caught him straight away.

When the kidnapper did not return, Xiaoyi managed to escape again while still tied up and gagged.

Xiaoyi says he used the tips he picked up through watching gangster films to help him stay calm and escape.

From the boy and his parents, police were able to track down He the same day. He admitted to his criminal intent.

He claims that he hadn’t planned on committing the crime. He was in dire financial situation and when he spotted the boy, he suddenly decided that a kidnapping could solve all his problems.

The kidnapper has now been detained by the police and has been charged with the abduction.
