An American Airlines flight from London Heathrow to Los Angeles is now returning after multiple medical emergencies on board were reported.
According to a man on board the flight, multiple crew members and passengers are suffering with equilibrium.
Equilibrium is a severe dizziness complaint.
The flight is currently heading back to London Heathrow where passengers will receive medical treatment and evaluation.
It is not currently known what caused the dizziness complaints.
According to Flightradar24, the flight made it to Iceland where the order was given to return back to Heathrow.
A spokesman for American Airlines said the plane had turned around after a medical emergency and reiterated that it was not security-related.
