HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Three law enforcement officers were shot by a suspect while serving a warrant in Northeast Houston Tuesday afternoon — one Harris County deputy and two officers from the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
All three were rushed to hospitals.
“Officers were serving a felony warrant on Daniel Trevino when they were wounded,” the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said. “Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 911. Do not approach him.”
The scene is at at Hartwick Rd. and E. Mount Houston Road. Trevino may still be in the area barricaded in a home.
There was a massive police response from multiple agencies in the area.
