Philadelphia police say at least five people were shot in the city’s Ogontz neighborhood Thursday.
Cops were called to the scene in the 5800 block of North 15th Street around 5:00 p.m. local time — about two miles from Wednesday’s shootout in which several officers were shot.
According to local media, all injuries are believed to be non life-threatening.
It was unclear what led up to the shooting or if any suspects were in custody.
The violence comes a day after a gunman shot six police officers in an hours-long standoff before surrendering.
