BREAKING: Baltimore Police Shoot Armed Man During Traffic Stop


Baltimore City Police officers shot an armed man during a traffic stop, Tuesday night.

Police confirmed the police-involved shooting which occurred at around 10:38PM in the 1000 block of Monroe Street.

According to multiple reports, officers had a pulled over a gold BMW station-wagon for not-matching license plates. The man was shot while he was holding a loaded revolver.

One round was fired by police, and the driver was struck in the shoulder.

He was taken by EMS to Shock Trauma where he is listed in critical condition and undergoing surgery.

The officers involved were not injured.

They did not have body cameras.
