NEW YORK — Police and other emergency personnel were on the scene of an incident at 26 Federal Plaza in downtown Manhattan Wednesday afternoon.
At least one person was confirmed injured in the possible explosion, police said—-that person was transported to a hospital.
PIX11 later reported a FBI agent accidentally set off a ‘flash bang’ grenade. There was no official comment from officials.
