A small helicopter with WWE’s Shane McMahon on-board crash landed off Gilgo Beach in New York Wednesday morning.

According to WPVI, the Robinson R-44 helicopter landed in the water around 10:30 a.m.

McMahon and the pilot were the only souls on-board—neither were injured.

“It’s very unsettling when all the sudden you have something happen,” McMahon told WABC. “You hear a bang, and then you start saying, ‘We’re going to do an emergency landing in the water.’ So yes, it was very unnerving. But again, Mario was super calm, which made me super calm. And we landed perfectly.”

The FAA is investigating.

Shane McMahon is a minority owner of WWE and the vice-chairman of Wecast Holdings Inc.
