Las Vegas Police Search Home In Connection To Murder Of Tupac Shakur

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has confirmed they executed a search warrant at a home in Henderson related to the investigation into the death of rapper Tupac Shakur.

According to local media, on July 17, authorities searched a home located near Interstate 11 and Wagon Wheel Drive. No arrests were made.

Tupac Shakur, a legendary rapper, was fatally shot in a drive-by on September 7, 1996. The shooting occurred when the vehicle he was traveling in stopped at a red light at the intersection of East Flamingo Road and Koval Lane.

“LVMPD can confirm a search warrant was served in Henderson, Nevada on July 17, 2023, as part of the ongoing Tupac Shakur homicide investigation,” LVMPD said in a statement. “We will have no further comment at this time.”

No further information has been released regarding the search warrant.
